The total cost of live scan fingerprints is dependent upon the ORI or Agency code that is provided to the Live Scan Provider (LSP) by the client. FDLE has specific fees per ORI which are added to the LSP transaction fee plus applicable sales tax (FDLE fees are not taxed by the LSP). If AHCA/Clearinghouse photo is required, there will be an additional $5 fee. Military and First Responders with valid ID will receive a 10% discount off the LSP transaction fee…THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
